Do You Want to Develop Leaders and
Improve Results in Your
Organization? |
| |
There
is a significant shortage of leadership in all areas of society. We are
feeling the impact of this lack of leadership in organizations of all sizes,
in all industries.
The awareness is growing that we need leaders who understand that people
are at the heart of every organization... without people, what can they
achieve?
It would make sense then that for any organization to be as successful as
it can be, it must tap into the power of its people... it must unleash the
talent in every individual and apply it to creating a great organization.
James Clifton, Chairman and CEO of The Gallup Organization says it well
in his foreword to the book Follow This Path:
|
|
| |
"The success of your organization doesn't depend
on your understanding of economics, or organizational development, or marketing.
It depends, quite simply, on your understanding of psychology: how each
individual employee connects with your company; how each individual employee
connects with your customers."

Trust
is the Foundation
It would also make sense that employees will not connect with an organization
whose anagement they do not trust. So why is it that so many managers go
to work every day and do things that destroy the trust their people have
in them?
Cornell University's Hotel Administration School did a study on 76 Holiday
Inn Hotels in North America to measure the cost of a lack of trust of management.
Then results were stunning to say the least:
Hotels that scored highest in trust for management had:
o Increased employee and customer engagement
o Increased productivity and profitability
o Decreased staff turnover
|
|
| |
A 2.5% increase in trust of management resulted
in an increased profit of 2.5% of revenues... which in this case was $250,000
per hotel per year!

A Culture Based on Trust
What all organizations that employ people need is a Culture Based on Trust.
And it is the leaders who create the culture and the values that the organization
operates by... either knowingly, or unknowingly!
Would you like to join the many other organizations who are committed to
creating this culture using these processes?
The Senior Team Alignment Process™, designed to be run over 6 to 9 months
ensures that all members of the executive team are on the same bus, and
guides them through the process of developing a strategic plan to transform
their culture. Participants will experience DiSC ® Indra, the Team Dimensions
Profile and the Personal Listening Profile ® .
